After submitting the application to view the file, it is sent to the registrar for review and approval. \u00a0In the event that approval is granted to view the file, the applicant\u00a0<\/span>(or the applicant\u2019s representative) will be invited to view the file during public office hours.<\/p>\n

Viewing the File<\/b><\/h4>\n

The applicant or the applicant’s representative must present an identification card when they arrive to view the file, and the identity card must be deposited until the applicant has finished viewing the file. \u00a0It is not possible to take the file from the registrar\u2019s office. \u00a0The applicant is, however, given the opportunity to make copies of documents from the file at the registrar secretary\u2019s desk.<\/span><\/p>\n
